Requirements
- 7+ years of product management, technical business analysis, or related experience in B2B SaaS.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning, security models, and deployment processes.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, or enterprise security tooling.
- Proven ability to write PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally including Fortune 500 or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to the product vision and roadmap across multiple Salesforce-native product lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs and market evolution.
- Translate complex Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise requirements into clear, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release coordination, and end-to-end delivery of product features.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and refine product direction based on real-world feedback.
- Analyze the competitive Salesforce ecosystem and identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and new category creation.
- Support AI-driven product innovation by defining intelligent workflows, automation capabilities, and next-generation DevOps and governance features.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support demos, deal strategy, and competitive evaluations for strategic accounts.
