Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SBA lending or commercial lending.
- Strong knowledge of SBA 7(a), 504, Express, USDA, or other government-backed loan programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and loan structuring.
- Proven ability to generate business through referral networks and manage a high-volume lending pipeline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, lending systems, and financial reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a pipeline of SBA 7(a), 504, Express, and other government-guaranteed loan opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, referral partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Structure SBA lending solutions by evaluating eligibility, reviewing financial statements, and conducting credit analysis.
- Prepare complete SBA credit packages and documentation while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
- Coordinate loan submissions, underwriting, and closing activities with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor loan pipelines, maintain reporting, and contribute to departmental process improvements.
