Requirements
- 5+ years of territory sales experience with a proven track record of consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
- Experience in labels, consumables, packaging, or related industrial sales environments strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
- Proven expertise in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a self-driven and autonomous mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for pipeline and sales management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for labels and consumables by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing of deals.
- Collaborate with customers to understand operational and technical needs and deliver tailored labeling and packaging solutions.
- Support customer success through accurate order processing, file preparation, proofing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customer service functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) to meet customers and develop business across the assigned region.
