Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in channel, alliances, partnerships, or partner-led sales.
- Experience working with fractional executives, consultants, or advisory networks.
- Ability to engage and communicate confidently with C-level executives.
- Analytical mindset for managing pipelines, conversion metrics, and partner activation performance.
- Strong coaching ability to improve partner messaging and deal execution.
- Understanding of mid-market dynamics ($50M–$500M companies) including PE-backed and founder-led environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid partner economics including spiffs, residuals, and shared revenue models.
- Must have a fully functional, up-to-date computer and willingness to install endpoint security software.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings, on-sites, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Recruit fractional CFOs, COOs, CEOs, CMOs, and CROs from advisory networks and PE operating groups.
- Close partner agreements and define engagement models, including incentives and onboarding.
- Activate partners by coordinating AI-driven account analysis and opportunity identification.
- Coach partners on persona-specific messaging and leveraging insights in executive conversations.
- Support partners through the full deal cycle from discovery to contract closure.
- Own partner pipeline operations in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and stage progression.
- Drive expansion and retention by identifying upsell opportunities and amplifying partner success stories.
