- 8–12 years of experience in marketing, with 7+ years in senior account management or client leadership roles within a media or integrated agency.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel accounts with senior stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership background with experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, scope management, and margin optimization.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and commercial oversight.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading executive-level discussions and QBRs.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect media investment to measurable business outcomes.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of leading teams through ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all campaigns and workstreams.
- Own strategic direction, annual planning, and quarterly business reviews, aligning client objectives with media and growth opportunities.
- Oversee financial performance including budgets, forecasting, margin protection, and resourcing decisions across accounts.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, compliance, invoicing, and performance tracking.
- Drive operational efficiency by improving workflows, planning systems, and cross-functional coordination across teams.
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex delivery or client challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify and execute organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business initiatives when required.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering capability growth, accountability, and strong performance standards.
