Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of solution or value-based SaaS selling experience.
- At least 3+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
- Proven track record of consistently winning new enterprise logos and exceeding individual sales quotas.
- Strong experience selling into fintech, financial services, mortgage, or lending verticals is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long enterprise decision processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and structured pipeline management.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate high-value negotiations.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environments.
- Experience with API-driven or platform-based SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close within the mortgage and financial services sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive urgency, progress complex opportunities, and consistently achieve or exceed quota targets.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales engineering, solutions, product, and operations teams to support enterprise deal execution.
- Build and deliver compelling executive-level presentations that align multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in complex buying environments.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and detailed opportunity tracking in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, articulating value-based solutions that improve lending workflows and decisioning efficiency.
- Contribute to team success by mentoring and supporting peers while sharing best practices for enterprise selling in fintech environments.
