Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related data-driven product roles.
  • Proven experience building or scaling product analytics ecosystems in SaaS or platform environments.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, data modeling, event tracking, and product instrumentation.
  • Experience connecting product usage data to business outcomes and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision and detailed execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive product and user behavior analyses to uncover insights on usage patterns, friction points, retention drivers, and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting frameworks that connect product metrics to business outcomes such as retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop dashboards, templates, and self-service analytics tools that enable product teams to independently access and interpret data.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to define, implement, and maintain event tracking, data models, and governance standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product data across analytics platforms and BI tools.
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product roadmaps and executive reporting.
