Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, consulting, or program/portfolio management in complex organizations.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-level portfolios.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, including NPV analysis, business case development, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working in regulated or complex industries such as healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or MedTech is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence frameworks, governance models, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and matrixed organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
  • Leadership experience in consulting, investment banking, or internal strategy/operations roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the operational strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and transformation priorities.
  • Own the strategic initiative portfolio, including prioritization, governance, resource allocation, and value realization.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership, shaping business direction, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Development, Finance, IT, Commercial, and other functions to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and decision-right structures for strategic initiatives.
  • Provide executive reporting, performance insights, and risk/opportunity analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Drive post-implementation reviews, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across programs and initiatives.
  • Build scalable operating models, tools, and frameworks that improve execution consistency and organizational performance.
