Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AEC, BIM/VDC, or project delivery environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  • Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and VDC workflows.
  • Solid understanding of construction documentation and design-to-construction processes.
  • Proven project management experience, including scheduling, tracking, and client-facing delivery.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore or distributed delivery teams (highly desirable).
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Autodesk Professional, LEED, or BIM-related credentials (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Own day-to-day project execution, including scheduling, deliverables tracking, and milestone management.
  • Translate client requirements, design intent, and technical specifications into actionable direction for internal and offshore teams.
  • Lead BIM/VDC coordination across architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Manage onboarding, project setup, and workflow alignment across BIM 360 / ACC environments.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, technical standards, and quality assurance requirements.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews with client stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Proactively identify coordination issues, delivery risks, and scope changes, driving timely resolution.
  • Support change management, scope adjustments, and evolving client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, standards, and delivery efficiency.
