Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, or conversion optimization roles.
- Strong experience developing digital assets such as landing pages, campaign content, nurture journeys, and conversion-focused experiences.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, website optimization tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, SEO fundamentals, customer journey mapping, and digital engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into content and conversion improvements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content strategy skills with a strong focus on clarity and engagement.
- Experience working in cross-functional marketing environments with creative, product, and growth teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or life sciences experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content-to-conversion strategies aligned with campaign priorities, buyer journeys, and growth marketing objectives.
- Translate product messaging and campaign strategies into high-performing digital experiences, including landing pages, emails, and nurture content.
- Own the creation and optimization of campaign assets across digital channels to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Partner with growth marketing teams to support integrated campaign execution and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Support website and landing page optimization initiatives focused on CRO, lead capture, and user experience improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and engagement.
- Analyze digital content performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure alignment across messaging and digital execution.
- Contribute to scalable content operations and best practices for digital marketing execution across the organization.
