Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in creative, content, editorial, or creative operations.
  • Experience reviewing design and content at scale in a consumer-facing environment.
  • Background in writing, editing, design, video, or content strategy.
  • Understanding of creative lifecycles, review processes, and content systems or DAMs.
  • Hands-on professional experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as the Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of creative testing fundamentals, such as A/B testing and hypothesis building.
  • Understanding of creative QA and accessibility basics.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage organizational change.
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and testing of new content creation models, templates, and workflows to increase output.
  • Assess current content workflows to identify friction points and propose improvements.
  • Build repeatable, modular systems that enable content to be versioned and reused across brands and channels.
  • Utilize AI tools to assist with ideation, drafting, variant generation, and channel-specific content adaptation.
  • Maintain prompt libraries and best practices that follow brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
  • Review AI-assisted and template-driven work for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Manage creative testing documentation and integrate performance insights into future workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize new processes and support training on AI practices.
