Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing retail media or marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign structures, including keyword targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and A/B testing.
- Experience working with seller backend systems such as Wayfair Partner Home, Mirakl-based platforms, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate product catalogs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work full-time aligned with CST hours.
- Experience in agency or multi-brand environments managing scalable retail media campaigns is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns across platforms such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, and Sam’s Club.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listings, catalog updates, pricing accuracy, keyword optimization, compliance checks, and inventory alignment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, ACoS, and conversion rates.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve advertising efficiency and overall ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to align retail media strategies with broader e-commerce and business objectives.
- Produce regular performance reports covering ad spend, ROI, and operational KPIs.
- Troubleshoot campaign and listing issues across seller platforms and ensure smooth operational execution.
