Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, or platform businesses.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems into clear, compelling customer narratives.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience linking product capabilities to revenue growth and customer value.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving, and matrixed environments.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience with platform products, APIs, data ecosystems, or AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of platform product marketing strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and go-to-market alignment.
- Define and evolve platform positioning, narrative, and messaging to clearly articulate value across data, integrations, AI, and extensibility capabilities.
- Develop and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP) and segment-specific messaging across industries, use cases, and lifecycle stages.
- Drive go-to-market strategy for platform initiatives, ensuring integration into broader commercial motions and sales execution.
- Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions that support adoption, monetization, and growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in market execution.
- Mentor and elevate product marketing practices across teams, improving storytelling, positioning, and GTM discipline.
- Support commercialization of platform capabilities, ensuring clear connection between product features and business outcomes.
