Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education, EdTech, or B2B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Previous experience managing teams or direct reports is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and translate into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across creative, analytics, media, and operations.
  • Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, matrixed, and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of university partners.
  • Develop and execute integrated, performance-driven recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing based on performance data and audience insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance dashboards to generate actionable insights and refine strategies in real time.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with enrollment leadership, creative, analytics, and media teams to ensure executional excellence.
  • Manage and mentor internal team members while coordinating external vendors.
  • Leverage AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
