Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in event operations, client services, venue management, security operations, or similar hands-on field roles.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects or responsibilities end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong comfort working in field environments, on-site at events, and in physically active operational settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both senior clients and operational teams effectively.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with willingness to work directly with equipment and field systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% domestic and international, including weekends).
- Ability to pass background checks and handle sensitive client and security-related information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact across the full engagement lifecycle.
- Lead onsite contractor teams, including training, deployment, task coordination, and performance oversight during live events.
- Translate client requirements into detailed operational plans, including staffing models, equipment setups, and crowd flow strategies.
- Oversee setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and breakdown of screening and entry systems, ensuring reliable performance in the field.
- Conduct onsite event execution, including walkthroughs, briefings, incident management, and post-event debriefs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership growth.
- Document operational insights, performance outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future deployments and internal playbooks.
- Represent the organization professionally at all client interactions, site visits, and live event environments.
