Requirements
- 4+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based AI/ML solutions, including production workloads.
- Proven track record designing and operating large, distributed systems on AWS.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS services relevant to AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock for deploying and scaling GenAI workloads.
- Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and multimodal AI using Amazon SageMaker.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and familiarity with model evaluation and agentic patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon SageMaker components (Pipelines, Model Monitor, Clarify) and MLOps practices.
- Proficiency integrating TensorFlow and PyTorch with SageMaker for model development.
- Strong data-engineering skills on AWS (S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift).
- Experience with CI/CD for AI/ML using tools like CodePipeline or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance on AWS (IAM, KMS).
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
- Act as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale.
- Translate complex business problems into secure, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.
- Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable patterns such as Terraform modules and playbooks.
- Provide structured feedback to product teams on product gaps and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with account teams and customers to translate pain points into technical optimization plans.
- Master and implement DoiT Cloud Intelligence tools like Cloud Analytics, DCI Insights, and Cloud Composer.
