Requirements

- MBA or master’s degree in related field preferred.
- 10 years of progressive advanced industry experience.
- Proven experience in warranty program development, administration, or service contract management.
- Ability to define program coverage, pricing, and contract terms.
- Experience in financial modeling, including claims assumptions and loss ratios.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic partnership development and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and business case development.
- Minimal travel required – less than 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Create and launch new consumer warranty and service contract programs by researching customer needs and market trends.
- Define program coverage, pricing, contract terms, and operating requirements in partnership with legal, finance, and actuarial teams.
- Prepare business cases and launch plans that support profitability and compliance.
- Manage ongoing program performance, including claims costs, loss ratios, and financial results.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with retailers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
- Serve as the primary business owner coordinating cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations.
- Develop growth strategies to expand product offerings and increase customer lifetime value.
