Requirements
- Proven experience leading finance through real scale and building shareholder value.
- Deep expertise in international, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
- Command of cross-border tax and compliance, including US indirect tax.
- Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or locally accredited CPA).
- Real FP&A and financial modelling depth.
- Proactive communication and high autonomy in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Strong daily overlap across EMEA and US Eastern timezones.
- SaaS-enabled marketplace experience (forecasting transactional GBV and recurring revenue) preferred.
- Travel, hospitality, or proptech sector experience preferred.
- Experience building a finance function from founder-run to institutional-grade preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own capital deployment and investment decision-making processes.
- Provide leadership with clarity for profitable scaling.
- Manage long-term business value and liquidity planning.
- Represent the company as the financial principal to investors, partners, banks, and auditors.
- Build and lead an AI-leveraged finance organization across an international group.
- Set the standard for financial operations and internal partnerships.
