Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7 years of experience leading projects and programs.
- 7 years of experience in acquisition.
- FAC-C or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience in program management and team management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to analyze program risks and report status throughout the project life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with organizational mission and goals.
- Develop new processes and manage long-term goals to support strategic direction.
- Draft budgets, operating plans, and program funding proposals.
- Design evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team with diverse talents and responsibilities.
- Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project status and decisions.
- Perform cradle-to-grave acquisition activities including drafting requirements and market research.
- Execute pre-award and post-award contracting functions including solicitations, evaluations, awards, and contract closeout.
