Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, sustainability consulting, climate strategy, business development, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and professional consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of corporate climate action, Scope 3 emissions, supply chain decarbonization, and carbon markets.
- Experience developing proposals, scopes of work, and revenue-generating client engagements.
- Ability to translate technical climate and sustainability concepts into compelling client solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical, legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder dynamics simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities
- Refine market strategy and identify growth opportunities across supply chain decarbonization and carbon markets.
- Cultivate prospective clients and partners across corporate supply chains and sustainability functions.
- Manage client relationships, project scope, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support proposal development, pricing, and contracting processes.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and performance reporting using Salesforce or equivalent systems.
- Contribute to the development of repeatable engagement models and service offerings.
