  • Experience working in regulated environments where privacy, security, and auditability are critical.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering productivity tools.
  • Preferred: experience with modular monoliths, event-driven systems, or regulated healthcare/PHI environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack solutions that improve acquisition, onboarding, and intake funnel performance across the platform.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities in care discovery, assessment, and booking workflows, translating them into technical solutions that improve conversion and outcomes.

  • Build platforms, internal tools, and automation systems that enable faster iteration, improved decision-making, and reduced operational complexity.
  • Analyze user behavior, system performance, and product metrics to identify friction points and validate the effectiveness of engineering solutions.
  • Improve system architecture and engineering practices by mentoring peers, contributing to design reviews, and raising technical standards across the team.
  • Develop integrations with external APIs and third-party partners, ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability in production systems.
  • Contribute to simplifying complex healthcare workflows, including insurance, compliance, and care matching processes.
