Requirements
- Approximately 7+ years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing energy research and evaluation projects.
- Demonstrated experience with market transformation programs.
- Experience designing and conducting qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and thematic analysis.
- Subject-matter knowledge of building electrification.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including managing scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Experience supporting client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Experience working with or around utilities, energy, or consulting.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by identifying needs, risks, and opportunities and developing research and evaluation strategies.
- Lead and contribute to the execution of research, evaluation, and advisory projects.
- Develop research and evaluation solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver work that meets objectives and expectations.
- Execute project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with contract requirements.
- Communicate complex technical research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct quality-control reviews of analyses, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Design and lead qualitative research projects, including in-depth interviews and focus groups.
