Requirements
- 3-4 years of product or relevant experience in consumer finance, payments, underwriting, or machine learning models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to define and drive product strategy with cross-functional partners.
- Data-driven learning style and strong analytical skills for decision making.
- Experimental mindset with a focus on testing, learning, and iterative development.
- Experience shipping simple, elegant user-facing products with measurable impact.
- Ability to operate autonomously and learn quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to act as a partner across teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy in collaboration with Credit & Pricing engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
- Define new products and features with specs and prototypes that enable merchants to offer attractive financing terms.
- Analyze the impact of product features and define key success metrics.
- Partner with Credit, Pricing, Commercial, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and scale products.
- Collaborate across teams to support initiatives involving international expansion, merchant integrations, and new verticals.
