Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment as an Account Executive or in a Pre-sales role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience executing complex software/platform demos.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Growth mindset and life-long learning attitude.
  • Availability for up to 5% travel time annually.
  • Ability to travel to a minimum of two trade shows per year.
  • Experience selling HR tech solutions (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation through qualifying and closing new business in the mid-market segment.
  • Master the product demo and pitch to run tailored and exceptional client meetings.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Become an expert in Learning & Development market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly sales quotas.
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform after 12 months.
  • Travel for a minimum of two trade shows per year.
