Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Director or similar leadership role in a B2B environment.
- 5+ years of experience in the energy and utilities industry strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, Web, Mobile App, and Marketing principles preferred.
- Ability to support occasional travel (less than 25% of time).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing energy and utility clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Understand clients' business and technical needs to drive customer success.
- Monitor account performance metrics and perform Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and support expansion.
- Present and promote new products and solutions to clients.
- Anticipate and resolve risks and issues to ensure high retention rates.
