Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of communications experience with a proven track record of driving results.
- Deep expertise in developing and driving social media strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong ability to influence and advise at the executive level.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking engagement and sentiment metrics.
- Ability to operate with agility, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead a comprehensive executive visibility strategy aligned to CenterWell's business priorities.
- Shape and evolve the CenterWell executive narrative for consistency across all channels.
- Identify and activate high-impact thought leadership opportunities for executives in healthcare.
- Lead the creation of executive-level content including speeches, LinkedIn posts, and op-eds.
- Translate complex business strategies into engaging storytelling.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and HR to ensure alignment across communications.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure performance metrics.
