Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Word, and Excel).
  • Extensive experience with heavy calendar management across multiple time zones.
  • Proven experience planning and managing international travel including visas and expense management.
  • Demonstrated project and event management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.

Responsibilities

  • Own and actively manage complex executive calendars to ensure focus on high-value work.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Plan and organize team offsite meetings and various special projects.
  • Process purchase orders according to procurement policies and budget guidelines.
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and handle urgent, last-minute meeting adjustments.
