Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Word, and Excel).
- Extensive experience with heavy calendar management across multiple time zones.
- Proven experience planning and managing international travel including visas and expense management.
- Demonstrated project and event management experience.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and ability to show initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.
Responsibilities
- Own and actively manage complex executive calendars to ensure focus on high-value work.
- Act as the first point of contact for external customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Plan and organize team offsite meetings and various special projects.
- Process purchase orders according to procurement policies and budget guidelines.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and handle urgent, last-minute meeting adjustments.
