Requirements
- 5+ years of experience reporting into an FD/CFO
- Advanced MS Excel skills (graphs, VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables)
- Experience working in a Retail, Marketplace, or DTC/e-commerce business
- Experience working with scale-up organizations
- Familiarity with e-commerce, wholesale, or finance platforms
- Commercial mindset and strong understanding of business
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex models and large data sets
- Demonstrated focus on process improvement and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Audit client finance functions and provide improvement recommendations
- Review and improve financial processes and controls with a focus on automation
- Prepare and deliver enhanced management accounts and performance analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports
- Support client fundraising projects and financial modeling
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce practice and bookkeeping team
- Ensure accuracy of client invoicing and support credit control processes
