Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing SEO, SEM, and Paid Search (PPC).
- Technical and working knowledge of SEO, SEM (search, display, video), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with website analysis tools.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MailChimp, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours or travel to events.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- WordPress and HubSpot experience preferred.
- Bilingualism preferred.
- Experience within the social service sector preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy to grow presence and deepen engagement.
- Develop creative, high-impact campaigns using visual, written, video, and interactive content.
- Write and develop content aligned with brand strategy across all programs and WCG managed websites.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, including responding to comments and inquiries.
- Use analytics and insights from Google Analytics and other tools to optimize performance and report on campaigns.
- Stay current with emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to amplify organizational priorities and stories.
