Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing SEO, SEM, and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Technical and working knowledge of SEO, SEM (search, display, video), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with website analysis tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MailChimp, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Project management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours or travel to events.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • WordPress and HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Bilingualism preferred.
  • Experience within the social service sector preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy to grow presence and deepen engagement.
  • Develop creative, high-impact campaigns using visual, written, video, and interactive content.
  • Write and develop content aligned with brand strategy across all programs and WCG managed websites.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, including responding to comments and inquiries.
  • Use analytics and insights from Google Analytics and other tools to optimize performance and report on campaigns.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to amplify organizational priorities and stories.
