  • Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo paid training.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies including newsletters, UGC campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers and sponsors, tracking campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Create brand-aligned content and oversee content schedules and deadlines.
  • Design and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Measure customer success and engagement using tools like Hotjar and customer review platforms.
  • Provide support during weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams to implement new growth strategies.
