Requirements

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving ability.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools autonomously.
- Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to undergo paid training.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies including newsletters, UGC campaigns, and PR initiatives.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers and sponsors, tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Create brand-aligned content and oversee content schedules and deadlines.
- Design and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Measure customer success and engagement using tools like Hotjar and customer review platforms.
- Provide support during weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed.
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to implement new growth strategies.
