Requirements

  • 1+ years of email campaign support, preferably in a digital/social media company or government agency.
  • Strong understanding of email and web writing best practices.
  • Knowledge of reading grade levels and accessibility requirements.
  • Ability to write clear and concise email, SMS, and web copy.
  • Experience creating content across email, SMS, social, and web.
  • Ability to execute A/B testing and leverage data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies for customer success.
  • Ability to perform against simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to work independently with strong personal initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital campaign execution for public sector clients across email, social media, SMS, and websites.
  • Draft and send content for client email, SMS, social media, and web-based campaigns.
  • Develop campaign plans including segmentation, A/B testing, and outreach tracking strategies.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through evaluation of current client content and message testing.
  • Ensure technical solution alignment with reporting needs and pull data insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop impactful calls-to-action and structure email content for accessibility and readability.
  • Analyze customer data for audience segmentation and personalized messaging.
