Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, Social Sciences, International Development, Human Rights, or Gender Studies.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (Level 4-Advanced).
- Experience creating digital communications content such as social media posts, graphics, or campaign materials.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage information in databases or spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of gender equality, human rights, feminist advocacy, or social inclusion principles.
- Access to basic home office equipment and a reliable internet connection.
- Moderate computer skills.
- Submission of a Spanish resume and statement of interest.
- Ability to complete a language assessment during the phone interview.
- Willingness to provide professional and personal references.
Responsibilities
- Update the database of femicide cases in Peru by recording and organizing case information.
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter using the #FeministMemory hashtag.
- Translate selected website sections from Spanish into English to expand organization reach.
- Support strategic communications initiatives that advance gender equality and human rights.
- Organize project information accurately in spreadsheets, databases, or shared online documents.
