Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree required; advanced degree in a scientific field strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing project, program, or account manager role within the life sciences industry.
- Preference for 5+ years of experience in a CDMO environment.
- Experience managing programs and contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device field.
- Strong drug product mRNA/LNP and industry understanding.
- Strong preference for late phase or commercial drug product experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk forecasting and sustainable solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead highly complex, multi-program portfolios across strategic accounts, owning end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
- Influence senior-level client relationships and account strategy as a trusted advisor.
- Drive enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Establish program governance structures and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Forecast capacity and demand, identify risks, and lead proposals and contract renewals.
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
