Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of successful track record in Equipment Finance Sales.
- Proficient in managing large and complex corporate relationships.
- Excellent understanding of the equipment finance marketplace.
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Ability to use a Loan Pricing Model for equipment and vehicle transaction pricing.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial sales targets.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Confident self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily for new clients.
- Maintain a scheduled calling program with clients and prospects to develop Equipment Financing Solutions.
- Identify and address areas of competition and new markets to maximize volume and earnings.
- Target calling efforts toward CFOs of companies with revenues of $100MM+.
- Structure equipment transactions ranging from $1MM to $50MM.
- Manage existing relationships with middle-market companies.
- Maintain all financing opportunities and pipeline status in Salesforce.
- Visit accounts and prospects as needed.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute database initiatives.
- Manage the customer relationship from initial contact through credit underwriting and funding.
