Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of successful track record in Equipment Finance Sales.
  • Proficient in managing large and complex corporate relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of the equipment finance marketplace.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Ability to use a Loan Pricing Model for equipment and vehicle transaction pricing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial sales targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Confident self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily for new clients.
  • Maintain a scheduled calling program with clients and prospects to develop Equipment Financing Solutions.
  • Identify and address areas of competition and new markets to maximize volume and earnings.
  • Target calling efforts toward CFOs of companies with revenues of $100MM+.
  • Structure equipment transactions ranging from $1MM to $50MM.
  • Manage existing relationships with middle-market companies.
  • Maintain all financing opportunities and pipeline status in Salesforce.
  • Visit accounts and prospects as needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute database initiatives.
  • Manage the customer relationship from initial contact through credit underwriting and funding.
