Requirements

  • 8 years of business analysis experience.
  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting, professional services, or solution delivery.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end integration projects from requirements through go-live.
  • Strong proficiency in process analysis, design, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability in requirement documentation, including wireframes, use cases, and business rules.
  • Experience in change management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Effective presentation, meeting facilitation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaborate, and adapt to multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 0% - 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer requirements gathering process for large and complex efforts.
  • Lead end-to-end integration projects from the business side, partnering with customers, their clients, and internal teams.
  • Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g., Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.).
  • Plan, perform, and support testing efforts, including the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training.
  • Lead system design and configuration activities.
  • Assist business development team with pre-sales activities and RFPs.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
