Job Details

3–5 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting
3+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages to explore and transform large, complex datasets
Familiarity with Github and Databricks
Experience using sample or panel data to make precise estimates
Proven track record of quickly learning new, complex data methodologies
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts orally and in writing
Strong ownership mentality and ability to make strategic decisions based on client needs
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently prioritizing tasks
Interest in mentoring peers and raising quality bars
Strong understanding of brand manufacturer and/or retailer business needs preferred

Ramp up quickly to become the primary owner of high-impact data products, driving product success by delivering best-in-class outputs with a focus on accuracy, client value, and efficiency
Design, maintain, and run comprehensive QA processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability across assigned sector products and client deliverables
Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues
Serve as a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders by understanding client needs and aligning them with data methodologies, limitations, and coverage
Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights and Engineering to align on best practices to deliver customer value and develop technical solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, robustness, and data quality within team workflows and mentor peers
