Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting.
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, or PySpark to explore and transform large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with Github and Databricks.
- Experience using sample or panel data to make precise estimates.
- Proven track record of quickly learning new, complex data methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
- Strong ownership mentality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks independently.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring peers and raising quality standards.
- Experience supporting market intelligence or data analytics with brand manufacturers or retailers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ramp up quickly to become the primary owner of high-impact data products.
- Design, maintain, and run comprehensive QA processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Independently investigate and resolve complex data quality issues.
- Serve as a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders by understanding client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Insights and Engineering to develop technical solutions and automate workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality within team workflows.
