Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in healthcare or clinical tools.
- Hands-on EHR experience (e.g., NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena).
- Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (HL7, FHIR, API-based).
- Proven track record of building product practices from scratch.
- AI literacy applied to clinical risk and integration evaluation.
- Ability to quantify benefits and measure operational outcomes.
- Direct clinical or clinical operations background is preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design a vision for the clinician journey across the full ecosystem.
- Own the clinical systems roadmap and define priorities with clinical and operations teams.
- Establish product governance and act as a bridge between stakeholders and engineering.
- Evaluate AI and third-party tools based on clinical impact and integration complexity.
- Measure and track key outcomes including time saved, reduction in administrative hours, and improved patient care.
- Optimize workflows within the NextGen EHR and design integrations for the broader clinical ecosystem.
- Own the integration layer between clinical tools like Blueprint and NextGen.
- Ensure clinical safety and integrity are integrated into product development.
