Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law.
Robust focus on immigration court cases (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notices to appear, Habeas Corpus, Detained clients).
B2-C1 proficiency in English.
Fluency in Spanish.
Excellent legal research skills.
Proven ability in technical document drafting.
Meticulous file organization skills.
Assertive communication and deep empathy toward the immigrant community.
Excellent time management and strict professional ethics.
High attention to detail and adaptability to changing legislation.

Responsibilities

Prepare legal documentation including motions, removal proceedings, and AOS applications.
Handle filings and notices to appear for immigration court cases.
Provide legal support for detained clients and habeas corpus proceedings.
Perform detailed legal research to support attorney case strategy.
Maintain organized case files and ensure strict confidentiality.
