Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in medtech, health technology, or related healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated experience owning demand generation and sales enablement end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline development, and win rates.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor driving programs independently.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Proficiency with campaign analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex clinical or technical concepts into compelling messaging.
- Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own the demand generation strategy and end-to-end execution across all channels.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.
- Create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, and case studies.
- Develop competitive messaging and positioning frameworks to win against market leaders.
- Design and execute account growth and lung nodule program marketing strategies.
- Establish and track KPIs that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
- Partner with sales to identify frontline needs and align on pipeline attribution.
