  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in medtech, health technology, or related healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated experience owning demand generation and sales enablement end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline development, and win rates.
  • Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor driving programs independently.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with campaign analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical or technical concepts into compelling messaging.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation strategy and end-to-end execution across all channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Develop competitive messaging and positioning frameworks to win against market leaders.
  • Design and execute account growth and lung nodule program marketing strategies.
  • Establish and track KPIs that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with sales to identify frontline needs and align on pipeline attribution.
