Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, staffing, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare services.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of the long-term care and senior living industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and Memory Care Facilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Florida, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to generate referrals and business partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales and business development goals.
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and client presentations as needed.
