Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, staffing, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of the long-term care and senior living industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional partnerships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and Memory Care Facilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Florida, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to generate referrals and business partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed established sales and business development goals.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and client presentations as needed.
