Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience creatively solving problems with AI.
- Strong storytelling abilities in discovery and product demo sessions.
- Understanding of APIs and web programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coaching, discovery, and presentation capabilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
- Proactive interest in building fluency in emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 3-4 Account Executives to support multiple active customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure business objectives and technical requirements are met.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective product demonstrations that highlight Webflow solutions for customer objectives.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to advance the mission.
