- Hands-on production experience with Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
- Expertise in automation architecture across connected systems.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable business workflow automations in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Digital Employees on the Relevance AI platform.
- Create end-to-end automations in n8n, Upgrade, and Airtable connecting phones, CRMs, billing, and email.
- Integrate AI capabilities via OpenAI and related APIs for sales, support, and data processing.
- Develop third-party integrations using REST APIs and webhooks across business systems.
- Maintain and optimize existing automations by troubleshooting failures and documenting processes.
- Collaborate with AI Implementation Specialists and Client Success Managers to meet 8-week delivery timelines.
- Provide client-facing consultation to resolve workflow issues and manage system matters.
