  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
  • Competency with onboarding software and data analysis tools.
  • Proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding calls for new SMB customers, validate documentation, and coordinate internal implementation tickets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Host customer training sessions to drive product adoption and user engagement.
  • Drive customer renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver regular impact reports and dashboards highlighting program performance and ROI.
  • Monitor accounts for adoption trends and retention risks, developing proactive strategies for improvement.
  • Evaluate and improve customer lifecycle processes to enhance efficiency.
