- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Competency with onboarding software and data analysis tools.
- Proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding calls for new SMB customers, validate documentation, and coordinate internal implementation tickets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Host customer training sessions to drive product adoption and user engagement.
- Drive customer renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Deliver regular impact reports and dashboards highlighting program performance and ROI.
- Monitor accounts for adoption trends and retention risks, developing proactive strategies for improvement.
- Evaluate and improve customer lifecycle processes to enhance efficiency.
