Requirements

  • 7-10 years of software sales or consulting experience in SaaS.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Cloud/SaaS full sales-cycle.
  • Mastery of value selling and solution sales techniques (MEDDICC, MEDDPICC).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent, complex deal cycles.
  • Ability to scope, manage, and execute customer demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent industry field sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%).

Responsibilities

  • Sell Agiloft’s CLM platform to new Enterprise customers, owning opportunities from qualification through close.
  • Develop and execute win strategies aligned with customer priorities and enterprise buying processes.
  • Manage deal close plans using MEDDPICC criteria.
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations with executive, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account records in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Consulting and Professional Services teams for demonstrations and implementation strategies.
