Requirements
- Currently on active duty military service and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
- Possess a growth mindset.
- Demonstrated grit, resilience, and determination to overcome obstacles.
- Entry-level experience or certifications in software engineering (preferred).
- U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government project requirements.
- Ability to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Introduce agile software development concepts to clients unfamiliar with them.
- Promote design thinking, test-driven development, and continuous deployment practices.
- Deliver user-driven functionality in collaboration with internal product and design teams.
- Ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of software solutions.
- Participate in pair-programming environments to foster engineering growth and knowledge sharing.
- Educate clients on the value of agile methodologies during delivery.
