Requirements
- 4+ years in UX/UI design.
- 2+ years in product companies (startups preferred).
- Portfolio demonstrating real impact: ideation, A/B tests, redesigns, and results.
- Experience on B2C products as a Senior Product Designer.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Proficiency in Confluence.
- English B2+ proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve design systems for iOS, Android, and mobile web.
- Create prototypes and communicate microinteractions to the team.
- Run user research, including interviews, usability tests, and A/B tests.
- Shape product decisions using both UX and product metrics.
- Own design from ideation to measurable impact.
