Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
- Proven track record in designing sophisticated software products.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of user psychology and human-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of front-end and AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative user research into the design process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of B2 level in English.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the application's overall information architecture for seamless navigation.
- Create consistent, scalable experience patterns across web and mobile platforms.
- Define reusable UX patterns and structural frameworks for other teams to build upon.
- Partner with the design system team to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and consistency.
- Manage full end-to-end design cycles from research through to implementation.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine design hypotheses and validate solutions.
- Champion usability and accessibility principles to simplify complex workflows.
