Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data collection, content operations, or program management.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing large-scale contributor or workforce programs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with robotics or Physical AI systems (perception/control stacks, egocentric data pipelines, teleoperation, or simulation).
  • Working knowledge of robotics model architectures such as VLMs, VLAs, ACTs, and world models.
  • Experience with egocentric video data collection, computer vision datasets, or multimodal robotics training data.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical specifications into actionable guidance for contributors.
  • Experience working in a B2B delivery context with both senior executives and engineers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of egocentric robotics data collection programs from kickoff through final hour acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain a standard collection playbook including SOPs, onboarding curricula, and tracking infrastructure.
  • Monitor project progress against targets and resolve bottlenecks to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Partner with robotics and ML teams to translate client technical requirements into concrete collection specifications.
  • Oversee contributor recruitment funnels to source 10,000+ participants and implement quality/fraud prevention protocols.
  • Coordinate global device procurement, configuration, and logistics for robotics data capture rigs.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for robotics clients to ensure project success and contract expansion.
