Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hybrid role as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in tech-driven environments.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Adaptability to shifting responsibilities between Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager roles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Coach teams on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
- Proactively resolve impediments to ensure smooth project progression and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level product visions into clear, actionable backlogs.
- Define, prioritize, and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to align expectations.
